Awful place! Rude on every level! As a Dental Professional myself I couldn't believe the outright disrespect the staff demonstrated towards the patients. They completely violate Hippa policies by screaming personal and health related information through the tiny hole in the glass windows of the reception desk. I know where I will NEVER send my patients!! I would be ashamed to have any affiliation with this place!!
My dentist was great so was his assistant even though the place was very busy I felt like I got treated very well & u can not beat the price I waited 3 weeks for my appointment but was in & out in no time
I left their facility today in tears, with an illmade, illfitting acrylic denture as a result of a major screwup with a Flexible Nylon denture I had made outside of their facility. Their failure to communicate resulted in the destruction of my denture yesterday (which is going to cost me $1000-$500 the first time, $500 to replace it).As a result I am revising my review. I was not informed upfront they were going to remake my denture. In fact the release was brought to me after the procedure was done, before my denture was returned. I have never had dentures nor a reline, so I didnt fully grasp what they were doing. In retrospect no one ever fully explains anything here. I was told "you are ready for a reline" at a recent evaluation visit for a infected extraction site. With no explanation from this office, and based on internet research, i thought soft lining not remaking in ACRYLIC. Upon placing this horrible THING in my mouth and being confronted, Dr Strength actually said to me "when we reline an immediate denture" then I interrupted him and said "it wasn't an immediate it was one I had made" he then stumbled. "Oh yeah yours was flexible"..."Yeah it wont last as long as this one"... "we dont carry that monomer" ... i did get a refund, but MY GOD just explain what youre doing! Dont destroy a 2 month old denture that you cannot remake. Today at a different dental office we couldnt get them on the phone to get my xrays and records. REALLY REALLY ANGRY. I cannot wear this denture. I have sores, it sits so far forward it doesn't suction. I am very much upset still. To have had my denture I was happy with destroyed was like destroying part of me. It will be apx 4 weeks before a new one can arrive....not done with this yet. They need to replace my denture.
The doctors, nurses and entire staff are both professional and courteous. I love my new dentures and they fit absolutely great! I have spent thousands of dollars on my teeth but always had pain but now I am pain free and can eat whatever I want.This is the place to go for dentures that fit and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. I've been going here for a few years now and couldn't ask for better service! I get my cleanings, fillings, and anything else I might need done here. Everyone is very friendly and really nice! Oh, the price is great too!
