Just heard the horrible details from a fellow veteran about the terrible job your company did moving Navy personnel to San Diego! Many delivery dates given and none were right. Personal items missing. Dishes broken. Furniture busted! Just horrible. And now this family has to go through the long, painful process of filing claims and it will never be enough to cover their loss. You should be ashamed!
Would give them a 0 if possible. They separated my shipment so it's taken 3 months to arrive. I still don't have my bed which had to be crated separately which they were informed of and they totaled my motorcycle. That's on top of the other furniture that they broke. Worst moving company ever.
