I placed an order online for an ice cream birthday cake Dairy Queen® Cake Order Confirmation – 778882. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they didn’t have a cake for me. The employee helping me called either the manager or owner who stated the order wasn’t received so there was no cake. I was offered 25% off one of the cakes sitting in the freezer and nobody could tell me how long they had been in there. So I walk out with a plain cake and my kid was ok with that until she took her first bite. I would love to see the manager who obviously don’t care about her business eat the cake I was given. My husband described the cake as tasting something like the way super glue smells, my daughter (who the cake was supposed to be for) said it tastes like cardboard and freezer burn.
